Randall Letcavage is an investment banker and asset manager who leverages more than two decades of experience to oversee operations at Premier Holding Corporation (PRHL). Since joining the company in a leadership role in 2012, he has led expansion efforts in energy management, acquiring Lexington Power and Light and The Power Company. He fostered additional growth by integrating its subsidiary companies, which lowered client procurement costs and maximized profit potential. Randall Letcavage has also invested in or held executive roles with multiple energy companies.

In addition to his role at PRHL, Mr. Letcavage is the director of the iCapital Group, a company in Irvine, California, that includes iCapital Advisory LLC, iCap Development LLC, and iCapital Finance, Inc. He has worked with many companies spanning diverse sectors, providing them with financial advice and support in capital-raising efforts. In addition, he has positioned iCapital as a leader in its field through strategic partnerships with top companies such as JP Morgan and Prudential Securities.

Mr. Letcavage has raised over $1 billion in capital and senior debt and equity financing deals in the healthcare sector. He has also owned multiple asset management companies with combined assets exceeding $6 billion.
